Shipping + Return Policy

Shipping

 

Our candles are carefully curated and hand poured, we release collections in limited batches. Shipping times may take up to 7-10 days depending on inventory.  Shipping is free for all purchases made within the U.S. We are not currently offering international shipping but plan to do so as our brand grows.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective hello.wicktrovert@gmail.com,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the candle vessel is broken, no need to send it back, we give you the option of a full refund or will ship out a replacement candle at no additional charge. (Must provide a photo of damaged goods within 48 hours.)

Exceptions/Non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Once your product is shipped out we are not able to process a refund.
